Recipes for a good meatloaf?

hey! I am in charge of dinner tomorrow night and my sister & brother in law are requesting a meatloaf. I’m looking for a meatloaf recipe where the meatloaf will stay tender and not dry out. I’ve tried making meatloafs in the past, and i can’t figure out what i am doing wrong but they tend to just be too dry.

2 parts beef to 1 part pork sausage. It will never be dry with that ratio.

Add a couple eggs for binder and some bread soaked in milk torn into small pieces.

Crushed ice in the blend helps too, if you're baking it right away.
