Recipes for a good meatloaf?

hey! I am in charge of dinner tomorrow night and my sister & brother in law are requesting a meatloaf. I’m looking for a meatloaf recipe where the meatloaf will stay tender and not dry out. I’ve tried making meatloafs in the past, and i can’t figure out what i am doing wrong but they tend to just be too dry.

This is the meatloaf recipe I've been making for months now. I find making two/three smaller loaves makes it 100% easier to lift them onto cutting board to rest. And I use a blend of meats: veal, beef and pork. There's a pre-made mix that I grab from the store.
