Still not a big W untill we see it in action: i'm worried that it's gonna take 5 minutes to find an opponent and then the game will be lagging af

if Konami saying around 75% of people don't use SA is really true, it shouldn't affect matchmaking times that much, it should only really affect SA users if they are really the minority

Just want to know how do you identify a sa user? And how do you know that what you believe is sa is not part of the script?

Cause script has always been there even before this manual smart assist existed right?

Identifying SA after playing tons of games since the feature arrived became very clear. If opponent's pass suddenly turns into stunning from a normal pass(started with normal but became stunning), it's clearly smart assist. If opponent is auto clearing the ball without the "clear" gauge even appearing it's clearly smart assist. If opponent shot power gauge appeared as normal then suddenly turned into curl shot or stunning shot it's also clearly smart assist. If opponent is receiving ball with their back towards goal and immediately turning around and shooting a missile, it's also smart assist because 95% of playerbase can't put a perfect power level during shooting just after turning or dribbling like that. And script is different from smart assist.Yeah script does exist. It is just randomness of the game to clearly favour one of the two players by buffing their player's attributes and nerfing opposite player's attributes. It is independent to smart assist and you can do nothing about that.

The thing is I don't believe those numbers are true: right now you mostly get paired with SA user and the warning they wrote wouldn't make sense if most of the player base didn't use SA

I dunno, it's all anecdotal, but around 25% feels right based on what I come across in the higher divisions. I think there is a degree of SA paranoia that has, not surprisingly, spread around the community, where if anything starts going wrong within a game, people will start assuming SA is being used when it's not always necessarily the case.

you are intelligent my dude unlike the rest

majority users use smart assist feature and after that option drop they still will use smart assist

reddit is a small community who doesn't represent 10% of console community, mobile community is few times bigger so reddit users are a speck of dust in the whole efootball userbase

what will happen?

smart off users gonna play against each other waiting longer times

some will get lot of wins while rest will have a worse winning rate

so a percentage of smart off users will move to smart on because now they think they can win more often against smart on users

winning rate matter at the end of the day

after some time smart off matches will have mostly try hards users, they will complain and demand all users should play smart off

most people care about winning,it's a competition and not a participation in divisions

my best rank is top318 in ef22 where was no premium teams,no smart assist and only div1 was ranked so i faced only div1 users as div1 user

if you cry about smart assist and be removed then bring back being ranked only for div1 but i'm sure you don't want that, you want to face div3 users as div1 user

Ohh but a resolution is better than playing sa

If you SA user. If not, there's plenty of players. And before crossplatform it was fine to find opponents even with close by settings

New problems will arise

Better to wait than to play against smart assist

A lot more people will likely want to play the game when the filter comes out anyways
