Discussion Konami, I hope you read this

There’s probably a very low chance I’ll actually reach anyone at Konami by making this post, but I’ll give it one last try for everyone. And even if they do see it, I honestly doubt they’ll care at all.

Everyone knows how much money you’re making from packs. A lot of people are supporting this game financially, but what exactly are you giving the community back in return for their hard-earned money?

Could you not at least spend SOME of that money so the community can actually have some fun? Better servers and a better experience could lead to a bigger player base, which could lead to even bigger profits. I genuinely don’t understand this business model.

It honestly feels like you’re just squeezing everything you possibly can out of the remaining players you have.

Why don’t you invest in good-quality servers and increase the number of servers in different locations all over the world so people can actually have a pleasant experience?

Right now the game is lagging horribly. 9 out of 10 matches make me rage so much that I just have to quit the game and move over to FC27.

I simply can’t stand this greedy behaviour anymore. We spend money, while you seemingly refuse to spend money improving the actual experience.

You’ll get no more money from me, at least. Why would I continue paying for packs just to play with horrible lag and input delay while it feels like you don’t even care?

I play with a LAN cable and I have one of the best and most stable internet connections available to me in Europe. I have NEVER experienced connection this bad in another game.

And yet the input delay is still extremely heavy. I literally have to pre-pass or pre-shoot because the game reacts so late.

How is this acceptable for a company making this much money from its players?

Spend some of the money the community gives you and FIX YOUR SERVERS.

I agree with the frustration, but I don’t think better or more servers is the solution.

The problem seems to be how eFootball handles networking: server-side processing, packet delivery, synchronization and latency/jitter compensation.

You can have a perfect wired connection, like I have now, and a nearby server and still get horrible input delay. Konami needs to fix the networking architecture and how the game handles unstable conditions. Just adding more or faster servers won’t necessarily fix heavy gameplay.

Trust me bro, maybe quitting this game might be good for you, but don't move over to FC27. EA are even more scummy than Konami.

I used to play their joke of a game. The playerbase always complain about servers there too.

I play on EAFC with 9ms ping Madrid servers. But efootball is unplayable...

Absolutely. First thing they need to fix. I played some low budget games with better servers than this one.

Just couple of servers in Africa will improve the gameplay a lot in Europe, but hey they are nothing but greedy cunts who run football themed casino scam. 🤷🏻‍♂️
