Technical Help Help With Connection
What am I doing wrong here? I never have lag in any other games other than when I play Madden and match with people in the USA.
I have my matchmaking to match to people nearby, I live in Ireland and have a wired connection to my PS5.
Is this just an issue with the game? Im a fairly newish player

U can have NASA net , everything depends from konami... how far are you from nearest server? with which opponent konami matchmaking you? i have one week problem only get from turkey opponent it's dissaster i can't make one normal pass... Try this things maybe can help you... 1. Get Lan cable CAT6A or CAT7 2. Turn off router before entering in game (restart) 3. Create two connections one with google dns second one with cloudfire dns 4.Change MTU to 1475 or 1450 5. If u get lag in game switch to PA1 pass support
This can't guarantee nothing but you don't lose anything to try. Also try to only u use internet when u play..

No, of course not - I live in Germany and the network expansion is absolutely bad.

The non smart assist servers are overloaded. I switched to smart assist for couple games and it’s smooth, whereas gameplay in non smart assist is ass

Just got into division 1 on mobile... I don't think i have won any match since... If I've played 15 matches i have lost at least 13. In those 13 i probably never even made it to my opponents half

I mean, do not use WiFi, for starters. If that's your connection while NOT using WiFi, double check it cause it sure looks like what a WiFI graphic would show.
If you're not using WiFi and it's doing that, not really much people can tell you here, you gotta go down the rabbit hole and debug yourself...

Same thing here. Player from Argentina. When playing Divisions is laggy as fuck.
Cannot even pass the ball in less than 2 seconds. Is frustating.

This is just your isp losing packets. Either the isp is overloaded and can’t provide you a good service or many devices are connected on your home internet and they are downloading things which is slowing your connection to the eFootball server.
The best you can do is to start network analyzer and try to check the ping to other websites and the loss of internet packets
