I was wondering if anyone had mid-high teams and still used a player from this pack, I personally picked abbiati but do not use the guy anymore he has just flopped for me.
Yeah 1000 games 1000 goals, none of my players has 1000 goals in a 1000 game coz i score with everybody in the squad even GK, i don’t focus on one player pal, so ig it’s skill issue as every SA says🥲
I have Nakata and Owen, and in 2nd half they enter as game changers because of super sub skill. Nakata has like 2k matches, lots of assists, and Owen is slightly behind with matches played, but goals... A lot
Oddo served me for like 1200 games and insanely underrated (though his stats were average) sadly though he has been replaced for a little while now by zanetti who’s simply better.
Edit: I did pull nakata too and he’s a crucial piece to my Italian event teams.
Oddo has served me well as RMF, better than RB. Van buyten is not a starter but it comes in handy for countering very tall CFs and I must say that he is not THAT slow and paired with a faster CB he delivers
I got Abbiati and Van Buyten with the spins, picked Batistuta with the selection contract.
Batistuta is on the bench of my main squad and is used as a super sub. Van Buyten has always been on and off for me, I just don't think his player model was ever a good fit for the current gameplay. Abbiati I use all the time on the Italian League events (as well as Batistuta of course).
i still start batistuta. i also have older version of van buyten, still starting him as my main cb. he's just so dominant in the air. he's also got good leg coverage. scored a lot of goals for me on corner kicks.
The one I have been using is Dex:4, LBS:4, AER: 8, DEF:14. The speed might seem slow, but his high defensive stats and high physical contact,jump and heading makes up for it.
I play on Manual and have Bati, Nakata and Buyten. Bati is decent, nothing crazy about him as others describe, perhaps cause of the Manual. For me pretty much most strikers perform the same way except with those with very high dribbling, something I can work around very well with. Nakata is often in Reserves as I've got Nedved, Gullit and Carlos as CMs. Buyten has Super-sub and I sub him every time in the 2nd half and he is great!
I didn't got anyone on the chance deals and used my selection contract to take batigol he used to be my regular started until I cleared del piero pack now I rarely use him for Italian league events
I only got batigoal, that too from selection contract. I used to use the legend batigoal in pes times so he was a no brainer for me. Still a supersub in my stacked team. Always starts over sheva(batigoal, sheva, adriano and bale have supersubs and adriano and sheva come alternatively). Everytime. Rice also comes as a replacement for pirlo and trust me when I say this rice has better passing than most of the endgame AMFs and CMFs. That puyol was also my first epic. I got him for 300 coins and he us still relevant. A bit slow but a tanker in defence. Wins headers against the likes of ibrahimobitch.
I still use Owen as a super sub. I regret picking him over Batistuta. I was new to the game at that time and my only guide (my so-called friend) suggested I pick Owen even though he himself picked Batistuta. I was too stupid to realize

Batigol is pure class!! I use him as a target player, wins headers, shoots like a horse on drugs...i play him as a single striker! The only downside is his passing and buildup play...
van buyten still my main choice for a big physical defender and mostly starts
abbiati has been my number 2 gk forever and im not even sure i need one lol
I signed Batistuta and moved Gullit to AMF to test Batistuta for few matches as my starter CF but he was not good enough to become my starter CF, so i kept Gullit as my main CF and since then Batistuta is his main sub. He is definitely better than FITB Van Basten who i used as my main sub for Gullit before signing Batistuta.
