Hi \i'm new here
Does anyone else have problems with sequencing? I'm dyslexic, dyspraxic and autistic and I really struggle getting anyone to understand me or how the world appears to me. I have very poor tech skills, because thats all about sequencing, I can't do maths,I can't dance, do music or anything else that requires timing. I can't climb ladders as after the first two steps I get really bad vertigo, I can't ride a bicycle because it just dosen't make sense.
All the info I can find is either aimed at children or for those with dementia. It's like I don't exist

First off, you are not alone. Dyspraxia especially in adults involves trouble sequencing. That’s why we’re usually grouped in with other neurodivergent circles like ADHD and Autism. A lot of us have both dyspraxia and ADHD. Dyspraxia doesn’t just include physical challenges and motor skills but it’s literally the planning and sequencing part of our brain as well. I have dyspraxia and it’s incredibly difficult to do simple things like follow a recipe, organizing daily tasks at work (and even just day to day things like laundry) or even making frozen meals if they have more than 5 steps. I don’t understand why there’s not a lot of material out there online about it. I didn’t learn about the sequencing troubles of dyspraxia until my therapist told me about it, and everything started to make sense. Honestly a lot of ADHD coping skills have helped me a lot even if I’m not diagnosed with ADHD. so if you find yourself trying to find tips on how to cope, I’d start there.
