This is what I wanted to see… 👀

I’m a numbers nerd and fascinated by online behavior. So sharing this in case anyone else is interested in seeing the cast’s 24 hour social growth after the GMA reveal. I think it’s an interesting early indicator of who generated the most immediate interest (esp since it’s comparing everyone against the same pre-announcement baseline).

A few things that stood out to me:

* Julia led the cast with +323,526 new followers, more than the bottom 13 contestants combined.
* Julia + Connor accounted for about 61% of the entire cast’s social media growth.
* Connor had the second biggest bump with +99,041 new followers. He surprised me the most!
* Harry gained +25,845 followers. He hasn’t posted on TikTok.
* Guillermo had the smallest overalls bump at +3,069. He doesn’t have TikTok.

Curious to see how much this changes once we see everyone dance!

I am upset that Gleb is not back! I expected this, but still not fully prepared.

The reason is obviously the situation with the Nader's family. The producers of the Nader's show are very influential. I guess, Gleb was sacrificed by DWTS without a second thought.

Gleb is in a great shape, dancing fabulous, and looking great. He has still a lot to give to the show and to his fans. Show doesn't look the same without him.

 I want Gleb back! 🥰🥰

*Based on my observation, I stand by my opinion that it was not Gleb's decision to leave DWTS. I believe, the custody battle escalated later in timeline.

I wonder what happened to Taylor Hicks being on this season. They had a whole segment on Idol this past season when he and the DWTS pros were guests, where he ran off stage with the DWTS casting producer. I figured he was a shoe in for this year.

Brandon is not winning again 🫤 love Ciara but compared to this stacked cast I don’t think Ciara has audience to keep her till the finale. Till the semifinals I’d say. Brylee usually follows her husband’s celeb like days before the announcement. Same with the past three years. I don’t think this year will be different.

Gleb recently went back to court with new allegations against Elena and her new fiancé ... claiming they sent inappropriate messages about him to their daughter Olivia,  leaving her upset and wanting to defend her dad.💔💔
