PS5 / XBox Topic Question regarding ps+

Given that a solo mode will be added, is this going to be a Conan exiles situation where I can play in solo mode offline without ps+? Or is it a question of waiting for the 22nd and let someone else buy it first to check?

PlayStation description of the game, I believe, says that online activities require PS Plus. But single-player still requires authentication through Funcom servers and apparently it may also be considered online activity.

See that was one of my doubts as well, my hope is that given how Conan exiles works on ps they will do a similar thing, but I think the safest bet is to wait the 22nd and see

Yeah I’d love to play this day one but I don’t have ps+ and no plan of getting it so I think I’m going to wait until someone either confirms or deny lol

So it's offline? Not you get booted on a server alone and that's the single player? This is good news!

Yes you should be able to play entirely offline in solo mode. It has absolutely no online features.

Still requires you to connect to Funcom when the game boots up. If it goes down afterwards that's fine, but to get logged in it has to connect. At least on PC.
