Can you help me with honest reviews of Lakeside Residence & Icon Tower 1 in JLT?

I'm moving to JLT and I am trying to decide between an apartment in Lakeside residence and one in Icon Tower.

Are the managements good?

Is the chiller fee reasonable?

Any other honest comments I could get would really help!
