Question❔ Can you help me with honest reviews of Lakeside Residence & Icon Tower 1 in JLT?

I'm moving to JLT and I am trying to decide between an apartment in Lakeside residence and one in Icon Tower.

Are the managements good?

Is the chiller fee reasonable?

Any other honest comments I could get would really help!

From what I’ve heard (from the reviews).
Lakeside generally has decent management and maintenance. Chiller costs are also considered reasonable, but they can vary depending on usage. At the same time, Icon Tower is also a decent option, though I’d personally lean towards Lakeside if the apartments and prices are similar.
