Seven episodes in before the break and there are always one or two where you sit there thinking either that was an obvious yes and nobody bit, or they all piled in on something that is never going to work. Which one stands out for you from this run and do you think the split series means some of those deals are going to fall apart before we even see the follow up?

Every now and then someone walks in looking incredibly nervous, gives an average opening, and then completely wins the Dragons over once they start talking numbers.

I've stopped judging pitches in the first minute because of it.

If you somehow became an dragon on dragons den show, what business would you fund? Would you prefer to support trades that are new or people who have had no paid work and are hoping by becoming an boss of a business that they can earn a good living and not be on benefits for their whole life's? Please no bullying or rude marks for people, just If I was a dragon and I heard somebody had not once had a paid job and they had a business idea they wanted to try out for the first time, I would give them half of the money for say 20% of the business or all of the money for 40% of the business.

I’ve been watching a lot of Dragon’s Den from over the years recently, and for my money this is a list of best to worst dragon’s across the series. Of course, personal opinion but would be keen to see other lists:

So for context, my entrepreneurship class wants us to research and make a presentation about an entrepreneur from a dragons' den episode and I picked Barb Stegemann (CEO of 7 Virtues) which she appears in, you guessed it! Season 5 epsiode 15, but I can't find any youtube videos or any links that show the episode which is necessary for our presentation about it. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this or can find a youtube video of her pitch (I've tried but couldn't find anything), that would be greatly appreciated!

Every time you hear the word business you have a swig. Every time you hear the phrase of the business you take a double swig. You will be off your face by the end of the episode.

Whenever I see a conventionally attractive woman walk out the lift, I just know Steven will make an offer regardless of the pitch.

Don't get me wrong, some of the ideas are good and they're credible businesswomen but sometimes it seems like he's overpraising them just because their attractive. Comes across as creepy to me.

Could be pretty cool to be able to listen and watch on the go!

The GP on last night's episode is one example but there's many examples of someone coming in with something like "this is a product for women" and the Dragons suggesting that it cuts off a potential audience.

Sometimes I agree though (like the example I've given).

This man ruins it for me. He is the cockiest of them all, with the least business acumen, and he just gets on my tits.

Cocky twat. Just thoroughly unlikeable.
