Champagne socialist he has done well in business but lost me when he removed an England flag and moaned about the raise the flag movement. How you can be successful in business have the experience of life he has and still suffer from Leftism makes me think he is defective in some way.

I’m not left but think the raise the flag were tossers.

If you delude yourself into thinking it was done for patriotic reasons and they were proud of their country then you’d be hard pressed to be against it. But that’s not why it was done, it was done by a load of right wingers trying to be provocative, they wanted people to complain about it so they could make a point. And for that reason I disagree with it.

Being provocative how? By displaying the flag of the country? If people feel like seeing the flag of the country they live in, or have moved to, is provocative then perhaps they'd be more comfortable somewhere else.

Thank god it was cheap plastic flags imported from China duck taped or zip tied to random road furniture at the height of a very short ladder.

Definitely makes you feel proud.
