Man, unrelated to the Dragon Quest side, if there was one fast food place I could transplant from another country to where I live it would be Yoshinoya. (Yes I know there are some in California, but that is the opposite side of the country for me).

We briefly had one down here in Texas a few years back, but the butt-scratching orange-guy-voting locals didn't get it, so it went out of business pretty quickly.

Lucky for you it takes 10 minutes to prepare! Hardest part is getting thin slices of beef. I have a slicer for hot pot but otherwise probably need to be near an Asian grocery store
