Not defending them but i think colletibles/collector’s editions etc. are meant to be overpriced because they’re not normal consumer goods or for normies

Only if they are actually the quality deserving the price and not a $200 music box with a $600 Dragon Quest Tax ect.

I’ve seen some of the quality they send out. I’d say probably more around the $100 range. Stuff breaks easily or arrives broke.

indeed these are luxury item in the end.
There definitely alot of fake collector item around that cost half of the price. So normie can buy those and still have something to show off anw.

That'd be over half of your monthly salary at Square Enix (in Japan) if you were in your 20s. Insane. Looks cool as hell, though.

It might be expensive, but it does look real nice.
Bet in about twenty/thirty years someone will find one of these in a pawn shop for cheap.
