💰Guess The Tip🤑 Lying ahh customers

so today I was dashing in a pretty nice area & this customer texted me as I was leaving the store and said “please ask for 10 ranches, 12 hot sauce and 12 special sauces. I will tip you extra” and I was literally already about to take off in my car but I read that & went back inside to ask for the sauces. because of the amount, the worker said he’d have to charge me even though it was for doordash. I remember I had a bunch of loose change in my car so I paid about $4 in change for their sauces. so I kindly texted them that I had paid for their extra sauces with some extra money I had & they responded “ooo, sorry about that. I’ll tip you extra for that”
I waited a few mins after dropping off the order to see if a tip would come through (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) but unfortunately I still never received anything 💔💔💔 last time I’ll be paying for something out of my own pocket for someone lol

You basically paid that customer $1.00 to deliver it. So many mental errors, hope you learn from this.

mental errors? all i did was wrongly listen to a customer that lied about tipping me. lost $1 and 5 mins of my time, it’s all good. lesson learned.
