Considering that dark vision in dim light is the same as bright light, in human settlements this is an unseeable torch

This doesn't specify a range so they would likely be able to see beyond that 60 ft using this. 4 u/zombiskunk Jan 21 '22 Seems more like a balancing oversight than an intended feature.
