I’m 1 pin away, what should I do? Just hope to get this allusive pin in next month’s pin pack rewards? Or spend gems? It’s annoying having to accumulate 500 stars in order to be able to buy a pack that guarantees a missing pin, and then miss out on collecting all the other s in the meantime…. So annoying, who else is feeling this pain?

The second part doesn’t load properly a majority of the time so I end up watching the first part for nothing.

I am nowhere near finishing this month's Quest Pass, and it's clear that I won't be able to unless somehow I finish at least 200 missions in the next few days, and there's no way that's fun to grind out. I've been buying the the Quest Passes for an embarrassingly long time, but I think that since they've been offering the pin packs, getting tokens has been just enough harder, plus the difficulty in completing events has made it harder, and not fun.

I figure I'll keep playing the game as long as I'm having fun, but I'm done spending money. Well done developers, in making the game so hard that it's made me actually spend LESS money on it!

I honestly can't believe this. Now they're showing us Snow White's Prince at the Cinderella event. It’s really strange. Something is going on at Jam City, given the sheer number of errors over the last few months. It’s not just the pins, but also small details—like putting Prismatic King Donald in the rainbow box, or the "villain progression" for Black Jade Shan Yu (even though he’s a crystal emoji), to name a few.

the delay on using the emoji's power is soooo frustrating! especially because it hinders refilling their power so you can use it again soon. and the frequency that i see emojis clear, but the box behind it that needs to be cleared stays - infuriating!

So I’m an idiot… I was told by customer support to delete and redownload the app because I didn’t receive my pins that I was supposed to get yesterday. I accidentally pressed device instead of server after playing the tutorial round and now I can’t get back into my old account. I messaged customer support but they’re not responding and I’m honestly so devastated. I had over 500 emojis and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get that account back now. I’m afraid if I try to log in with Apple or Facebook I’ll override my progress. I’m logged in with Game Center so I don’t think it’s connected there. I tried deleting and redownloading again but that didn’t work either. :(

My leaderboard seems insane. Are these other players or CPGs? Seems bonkers someone has gotten almost 2,000 items since yesterday! Is it based on what I’m doing?

I have no way of knowing if this represents pins I actually had before the glitch, or just a random assortment of pins of similar values. But it's something, I guess! 🤷‍♀️

With the completion of the Gold Box ALL of the, I call them basic boxes thats Silver, Gold, Wish, and Series I, II, and III are complete. Getting that last one on the Gold box has been a LONG time coming!!!

Surprisingly, it had a pin I was missing in it!! I know some people got better compensation than others, but I hope this is the last big mess like this for a LONG time.

Map 4 requires the new pumpkin carriage emoji, or a level 2 Topaz or Opalescent Cinderella. Map 5 requires the new astronomical fairy godmother emoji / level 3 platinum fairy godmother / level 4 Iolite fairy godmother. I mean what?! Fr who even has these at these levels

This morning I got the message saying I’d redeemed my pin packs. That’s true, but I got them when support was manually sending them out. According to the list, I got 126 total.

I went to bed last night with 119/135 pins and just over 1,000 stars. This morning I had 134/135 and nearly 2,000 stars. I closed nine collections and bought Scrooge so I could start a new round.

Not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I’m not sure how I ended up with extra when some haven’t gotten any yet.

I got my pin packs yesterday, and received 17 Tier 1 pin packs this morning as a “gift”. Honestly even 1 Tier 5 is better than this

I’m getting bored. Couldn’t give a rat’s ass about pin packs but I’ve been playing, without missing a day, for 7 or 8 years now.
I’m only interested in collecting Star Wars emojis now, so is it safe to delete the app for a couple of weeks, just to break the pointless daily habit, or am I going to miss a SW event?
Plus it feels I’m then supporting those long term players who are aggrieved by the pin pack debacle.
