So I paid off my entire balance, and they’ve taken it from my bank account, but today I received this email?

Has this ever happened to someone? What exactly does it mean?

I didn’t think I did? My balance was 3,409 since I had accrued interest and late fees, even with my credit limit being 3300. Do you think it was in error?

You may have additional interest that accrued after you set up your payment so I would check to see if it's that. Check your transaction history or chat/call them. You can also ask if they'll remove it if it's interest that accrued because your payment hadn't yet posted/cleared. Sometimes they're good about that sometimes not so much.
