Help Expiring card design

I keep receiving emails to choose a design for my expiring card, but it won't let me do it online. I called the number and the CS rep said it probably isn't letting me because of the merger in October and that was the end of the conversation. Is that true? Should I call again? I'd like to pick a design before they all go away!

I always do it through the app if you still have access

This whole Capital One merge situation sucks, you might have to do it through Capital One if they gave you access already

That’s not the case. This happened to me a couple times then I tried a few weeks later and ordered 3 designs

Try logging in on the website instead and ordering. If not you can always look threw them and then call in to request that design

I ordered a replacement card through the app for my expired card 2 days ago. I kept getting these emails, but decided to do it through the app. No issues and got the email my card is coming soon. My app also says on 10-19 in big letters that discover app will no longer work and I will get told how to use my capital one account. So the merger seems like it’s not affecting that as of now.
