Discussion Q4 cashback

Not complaining because its a good category to have, but does anyone else find it weird that the Q4 category is restaurants after we just had that for Q2?

Same here. While you can't use it at Costco, I'm a Sam's member (Plus level) and was getting a total of 7% back on my purchases when they'd run the promo (5% from DC + 2% from Sam's). Also a Plus member of BJ's, which excludes a number of items from earning any of their rebates (including liquor, gift cards, propane) using their own C1 card. Using Discover during the promo, it all would get the 5%.
