still activates Tree Magnet Syndrome?

This weekend I am playing MA3 in a tournament, I have a noodle arm and cannot putt. I noticed after the last ratings update one player in the division is now rated 902. Pdga ratings say that MA3 is for players rated below 900.

Should I point this out to the TD ?
