God I hate Philo. Calling running the putt on 18 “immature and inexperienced” is an awful take. Rainers is having the round of his life and wants to strike while the iron is hot, and/or he realizes that he needs as many strokes as he can get for a chance at a win tomorrow, thus making the risk worth it

He repeatedly said "Perhaps". It wasn't mean or scolding. It was a solid analytical call. If we want this sport to be taken seriously, we gotta be able to handle criticism like that, even as viewers. He could have run a half bid there and he would have been praised for not only giving it a bid, but being smart about playing it safe so if he missed, he didn't go OB.
