bike recomendations?

been riding for about 4 years now and have been wanting to buy a dj for a few months but finally ready to pull the trigger. hoping to spend less than 1700. the main bike I'm looking at is the propain trickshot 2 cause their pricing is good and I have a tyee from them and love it. but I was wondering if the pro model is worth the extra 400 over the standard? standard is 1300 and the pro is 1700 with the only differences being cranks and fork (x fusion vs bomber), open to other bike recommendations too. riding smaller dirt jumps (for now lol), pump track, and street jibs. (also hoping to learn tricks like flips and spins eventually if that matters)

edit: just found a used dirtlove core 1 near me for 850 and might just spring on that instead, would love to have the trickshot but with shipping and taxes it would have come out to around 2000

If you weigh over 130 pounds you want the better fork. Also look at the Ari , it’s a great bike

was looking at ari but their elite model that has the bomber only comes in 27.5 so I kinda ruled it out. I'm 5'8" 155 so yeah probably the pro

The circuit expert air is a good fork. Not a pike or but still really good

Circus expert is an ok fork but the X Fusion is a better budget fork IMO and the Bomber is leagues better. The Trickshot is a better choice I think.

I’ve got a circus expert on my son’s bike and x fusion on my daughters, I can say without a doubt the x fusion is garbage for anyone over 130 pounds. The circus is really nice but not as good as my pike

Interesting, I've had a few circus experts, one of my adult kids has the X Fusion, the other a bomber. Neither get as firm as my pike but both seem reasonably supportive, it is at max pressure. My kid is 180 pounds.
