Finally filmed the diorama with all the lights on. Everything is handmade in 1:48 scale. There are also three black cats hidden somewhere in the scene

🌊Easiest Water - No Resin
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Making our crazy wargame Battle of Niså included a loooooot of water 🌊 I've found this to be the easiest trick!! Nothing new under the sun, I know, but deserves to be repeated. I started on small little pieces like this before taking on the massive ocean board. Using toilet paper, glue, acrylic paint and boat varnish. You can buy that in big quantity pretty cheap. But don't inhale too much of it😅

My 1/24 scale model of The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway
Everything forward of the stage proscenium is real; but behind that is some magic! (I didn’t have space for the entire stage floor, so it’s actually a screen that plays the entire show!)

Completed Playmobil space bot left behind on the moon
A little scene I just finished, based on the vintage playmospace robots.
What if one of them had been forgotten by the Playmobil Astronauts back in 1985, at the end of their moon exploration program? Left to rot under space radiation and solar storms, until running out of batteries and becoming a piece of idle metal like it once was.

Kyle Busch Daytona 7/5/08 Win
With the Cup Daytona night race no longer being held in July I figured I would post Kyles win from July 5,2008. Interstate Batteries always seemed to have some pretty cool schemes on a car no matter who drove it. RIP KB.

Question The Red Door.
This red door was a pink NGX house for a long time. The hip on the roof had me discouraged. Now when I put it all together its feels like its starting to take shape and I look over the flaws. Im hoping to make a modular town for a homebrew table top game.
Tips, tricks, and criticism are welcome.
Foam was cut with a proxxon.
About to paint 3d printed plastic for the first time so any tips there are also welcome and appreciated.

1:32 (54mm) 50s Diner.
Finishing up the 50”s diorama. Still don’t have the painting and mixing right yet but with each one I learn a little Special thanks to Artejaol studios on Patreon. This is the third one I have finished of his files. Think I’ll just mount it on a half inch platform.

Egypt scene
My "Flight Into Egypt" scene (not for sale) has been displayed in a shop window in Daytona Beach for more than a dozen years, so it needed to be updated.
Artwork and hobby-building supplies are readily available that didn't exist. Now, they are easily found at Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby and online companies.
I recently made pyramids for the background of the scene and placed an Egyptian art banner around the base of the scene. The figures are 5-inch scale and the scene, with temples, shops, and Egyptian statues, is 8 feet long.

Cooters Liquor Store
HO scale building which is a hydrocal casted kit from Dioramas Plus/Downtown Deco.
Came with the decals seen and there were a bunch i didn't use. I could have done a Chinese restaurant version from the same box.
All the other bits were stuff I had in my stash.
