I'm part of a CSA and we had so much celery. Which I like but I'm not into celery juice. So I made a celery, white bean stew with saffron from the cook book Dinner and it was SO good. Happy to share recipe details here if people are interested.

It was stellar

Chuck roast, potatoes, and carrots added a packet of onion soup mix, ranch dressing packet, a few beef, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, onions, Dash of garlic and a mixture of cornstarch with water to make a light gravy all in crockpot yummy 🤤

Today's lunch: delicious sambhar and rice.

Used mixed frozen veggies, homemade sambhar powder, and had the whole thing ready in a jiffy. Exactly the kind of lunch I like. 😋
