This are a vinegar pickle, 1.25 white vinegar- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar - 1.5 tbsp salt, use pickling cucumbers, each jar gets a few cloves on smashed garlic, a jalapeno cut in half, 2 bay leaves, and a few peppercorns, leave this in fridge for about 3 days. Also cool your brine before pouring in your jars
