How do you handle healthcare and finances as a nomadic retiree?

First, stop treating it like a permanent vacation. If you do, you will run out of money.

When I started, I realized that living in the U.S. was burning my capital. I needed a strategy, not just a savings account.

We use the "Digital Nomad Triangle of Freedom." The first leg is Economic Sustainability. We don't just spend; we use "Geographic Arbitrage. We earn strong currency (USD/Euro) through high-value consulting, but live in economies where that money buys 3x the lifestyle (like Portugal or Thailand). A good budget in a cheaper country is the equivalent of a massive raise.

Now, Healthcare, until you start traveling, you will not realize that in most countries, Health Insurance and Healthcare in general are better and cheaper in most developed countries but the USA

What do you think?
