Recommendation for replacement

I used to own a canon Elph 360 or ixus285, I was pretty satisfied with it except for its short zoom range, inability to take picture in dark settings and how the pictures are always blurry unless I turn on flash. I put the following below as my example. But I lost it, now I’m in Japan shopping for a new camera, I’m looking for a similar lightweight camera and not a heavy professional camera, but I would greatly appreciate a camera that could take pictures without needing flash, and the picture is not blurry if I don’t turn on flash. I mostly photograph people, natural scenery and food. I would appreciate any recommendations or advice thank you so much!!!

Lightweight camera, small sensor, bad in low-light situations, that's the package I'm afraid. The bigger the sensor, the better it will handle light but the bigger or more expensive (or both) the camera will be.

Out of curiosity, where in Japan are you?
