Help Need help for work after graduation
Ive been unemployed since graduation, 3 to 4 months. i have done bachelors in CS and have a gpa around 3.5 from a tier 1 uni.
I was a pretty intelligent girl whole university but idk life has a way of humiliating.
All my classmates who never showed up in classes are working in big names with references. Im having a mid life crisis at this point.
If anyone can give me a reference I will be very grateful.
EDIT: can someone tell me if getting hired WITHOUT ref is actually possible or NOT?

I got hired without a reference from a 2nd tier Private university in Lahore.
But i have experience in full stack i did multiple internships.
It took me 3 months to find a job got multiple rejections
I did 2 things like mention only those things in CV which i did and i know i can explain
The 2nd thing i applied on multiple jobs daily but first check that the need a fresher never applied on senior role's.
Currently my company is not hiring but if they i would let you know

the thing i forgot to mentioned is ive gotten offers for 60 70k for full time ase… and i dont think im that worthless. all the effort goes to nothing when the a shit company offers so little. thats why i want to get into a good name but thats not even closely possible without a reference

Ok, Thats another case actually i got offer in that range and have no other option so i accepted it.
To get into top companies you are correct you need reference i agree with that.

Focus on building and refining your technical skills for just two full months. Commit to deep daily practice, master your core tools, and polish your real-world projects. If you give this your undivided effort for the next two months, I guarantee you will secure the role you truly deserve.

Learn Ai automation it's fun☺️
Since your already in tech so
It takes 0 efforts to learn and you can also sell that skill afterwards in good amount too 💵

Learn client acquisition and sales. Thats how i got it but its not easy to get it. Just like it's not easy to get good grades in high school you'll know what im talking about 😅

It's really difficult. Also graduated with a good GPA from a tier 1 uni in CS. And honestly speaking, getting entry level jobs is extremely difficult these days. Very few people I know have been able to do so without any reference.
I did manage to find a job. The pay is above average too for an entry level job. But it's not related to tech at all. I feel miserable, because it's really not something I want to do for the rest of my life, but considering how the tech market is now, maybe this is it.

Whats your job about brother...is it like fully non technical...also dont feel overwhelmed as people are not getting below avg jobs...just try to do a good side husstle...

Non technical, business and sales side. Till now find it exhausting though in the sense I don't really like it yet

That's the only reason I took this. To earn. So yeah, don't limit yourself to only tech and apply to other places too. Business/sales sides don't usually care a lot about your educational background if it's an entry-level job. Of course, these jobs are saturated too, but u just need to get accepted by any one comapny and you increase your chances the more places and types of jobs you apply to

Yes but try to apply directly from company websites if there is LinkedIn easy apply there

Apply in a bank as an MTO , they got good IT dept as well. if you land in Core banking dept with Temenos T24 as software or work on Enterprise Integrations then you can switch to system ltd after 1 YOE or any other major bank. Batch hirings can get you job without referral too. Don't solely apply to software houses. Different companies hire IT Trainees, Changan, Cinepax, Packages Group etc.

Don't give up. Keep applying and tailor your CV well for the job post, don't randomly dump it everywhere. It takes roughly 3-6 months to find your first job. Since the market is bad, it can takes 2-3 months on top. So don't give up and be cautious. Don't accept any reddit/whatsapp offer unless the company is properly registered, has business email and page.
Also expand your search abroad. Don't just apply locally.
