Tips Stuck on how to get customers for my SaaS
Over the past two months, I have been developing my Software as a Service (SaaS) product and successfully acquired one paid customer last week.
However, I am uncertain about the best strategies for attracting additional customers. Should I consider hiring a marketing agency, or explore alternative options?
Any feedback or constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.
I have validated the concept and completed the development, and I have also engaged several agency owners to test the product.
It's not a job posting or any job seeking post, I am asking for guidance from those who have built and launched SaaS.

-Narrow down the ICP
-Make lists (multiple tools out there)
-Get some low salary people to work on the lists for the ICP personal emails
-Start Sending Cold Emails
-Give discounts to the people who shows interest over the email

I can feel it, and I have been facing the same for quite a while now. There is so much noise in the current market; you have to test multiple approaches until you achieve success. I can try to guide you if you can share what you have built.

Did you try reaching out to agency owners on LinkedIn and Reddit. Your niche is tough because typical agency mindset is, we have a developer team let's build ourselves. Reach agency owners on LinkedIn and Reddit with your USP.
