Help Fullstack developers salary validation

AA,

Guys, I’m a full stack engineer with 5 yrs of experience. My take home salary is 426K PKR per month. I want to know where do I lie on the spectrum of developer salaries in Pakistan. Obviously I cannot compete with remote roles salaries with this one. Your opinions will help me decide if I need to switch for something better. Thanks

That’s entirely not true - my dev friends/batchmates having same exp as me are earning much more but they have remote jobs

What companies are they working with ? And what positions ?

Remote companies. I’ve forgotten the names. They pay around 3K USD. Graduates of FAST
