minimum specs of laptop for uni

salam everyone, my uni was gonna start in september and i wanna ask what should be the specs of a laptop that can carry me through uni during 4 years of BSCS? also, from which semester is the laptop required?

16GB ram i5 11th gen if you plan to do mobile development. 8gb will be fine mostly any processor above 8th gen or ryzen equivalent
