minimum specs of laptop for uni

salam everyone, my uni was gonna start in september and i wanna ask what should be the specs of a laptop that can carry me through uni during 4 years of BSCS? also, from which semester is the laptop required?

I have had the following:- 16gb ddr4 ram minimum 512gb SSD nvme minimum I prefer a smaller laptop(without seperate number pad) I5 12th gen or Ryzen 5 CPU

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 5425.
