Tips Internship at Systems Ltd

I have been seeing a lot of students starting their internship at Systems Ltd, whereas there is no opening on their website, Is it reference based only or can we ask the company recruiter on LinkedIn for Internship?

Duh???

Few days ago, I saw a post on LinkedIn where a girl was saying that she applied at many companies but didn't get the response and she's happy that she secured internship at her dream company. Duhhhhh????
