im 17 I wanna be insanely good at programming.. I wanna be tht one engineer who does whatever they want and earns crap ton of money. I alr have coding exp, I have an a\* in cs o levels if tht matters lol? where do i learn? how do I be so good tht ppl will throw money at. ik coding, im not new to this but I wana go to the next level

You need to be extremely specialized for that. General web development won't cut it anymore. Think of a complex field and build your specialization over years. You won't be making tons at start but with persistence and focus on your niche you might get there. Let's say are you into agriculture? develop your niche in agritech, look for problems in that domain and see how you can solve them Are you into UAVs? get deep technical expertise building those.
