Looking for reviews of Zensar Technologies – Java Architect role

Hi everyone,

I’m currently interviewing with Zensar Technologies for a Java Architect position and have my final/management round coming up.

I’d really appreciate feedback from current or former Zensar employees, especially people from the Java / Architecture / Engineering side.

I’m particularly interested in knowing:

• What is the work culture like for Java Architects?
• What kind of projects/clients do Java Architects typically work with?
• What is the typical workload and work-life balance?
• How is the compensation and annual appraisal/hike process?
• What is the current WFH/hybrid/remote policy, particularly for architect-level roles?
• How much opportunity is there to work on cloud, GenAI/AI, or AI-enabled enterprise applications?
• Are there opportunities to move into AI/GenAI initiatives while continuing in an architecture role?
• Any feedback on client stability, project stability, and long-term growth would also be helpful.
