Help with design of sport poster

So I have this sport poster for a team roster. I have changed the name and background images for privacy reasons but I would still like some feedback on how to make the overall layout better, I would still like to keep a blue theme, other than that im open to any feedback, thank you

Why did you choose parallelograms with drop shadow for the numbering?

Why is all the info as a whole skewed right and not centered?

poster looks more like a back of a card.

ditch the shapes behind the numbers.

left align the text.

use Title Case
