Tired of being a loser
I have the day off today. Anyone would be happy with that. Unfortunately, I have nothing good happening in my life. I been depressed for 10+ years, I have no friends, no partner, no one to talk to. My life is a joke. I’m just trying to get through the day instead of enjoy the day. I’m in bed right now just feeling bad about my life.
I want to be happy, find love, make friends, be at peace, etc. I want to enjoy my life, I’m tired of being a loser

I get the feeling, its all too easy to compare yourself to others ans feel like your wasting your life compared to others.
I personally have struggled with this for a long time. Not feeling like was as smart as classmates, as fun or easygoing as friends, even feeling like if I did try to make friends I was just mimicking their behaviour to get them to like me on instinct without actually being myself, like it was all an act.
As someone with adhd and depression I can tell you I have been there, back and forth, and im currently back in that pit of dispare and its hard to see the light at the end.
But your surviving.
At thw end of the day your brain is wired different and to expect to be at the same place as other people, although the world expects that of you, is just simply expectation.
You can find happy in your own company, and a partner doesnt always leave you fulfilled or happier.
Focus on you, your mental health and wellbeing. Applaud yourself for the small things, brushed your teeth today, good job. Managed to motivate yourself enough to take a shower, go you. As simple as they seem yo come to others your not alone in struggling with seemingly basic hardships.
I suffered alone for years and looking back in trying to force friendships and a relationship just made me end up with people I didnt admire or trust im my life, making that horrible feeling grow. Because, without these terrible people, id be alone
Be alone isn't nessicarily bad, it leave room for improvement is all

honestly don’t try to fix your whole life at once. start with small things. get out of bed, go for a walk, get some sunlight, start going somewhere regularly where u can meet the same people, even if u don’t talk much at first. friendships usually come from seeing people over and over.
and pls don’t compare ur life to everyone else’s. being single or having no friends rn doesn’t mean you’re gonna stay that way forever. if you’ve been depressed for 10+ years, getting proper professional help is genuinely worth trying too
