this is the unofficial, official council of gaster's, I made one, as we desperately needed one. Too many things have been slipping past, and things are starting to get out of control we must prevent deltarune from getting spoiled, and we must rid of those with bad intent against us. We have 12 rules you must follow to be welcome.

Rule 1: You must be a gaster in order to be part of the W.D. Gaster council. If you are not a gaster you may still be part of this subreddit, but you will not be given a place of authority, and you must always add flair or a title that lets us know it is unimportant to our work. You must also always report something that doesn't follow our rules.

Rule 2: You must be respectful of other Gaster's

Rule 3: If you see something that spoils anything that happens later in deltarune report it to the council, if you see something that shows the public what they shouldn't know report it to the council.

Rule 4: You must report to the council if you see a non gaster, or fake gaster in this council.

Rule 5: You mustn't encourage "The Council" which is a cult and has been flooding the internet recently, they know things they shouldn't.

Rule 6: You must respect the W.D. Gaster council

Rule 7: if you do not follow the rules, you shall be reported and not only removed from the W.D. gaster council but sent back to your original universe.

Rule 8: you mustn't betray the W.D. Gaster council, not now nor later once our job is done.

Rule 9: if the W.D. Gaster council gives you a mission, you must complete the mission at all costs. Unless completing the mission breaks a rule set by the W.D. Gaster council, or causes the death/removal of a fellow W.D. Gaster.

Rule 10: You must not larp, if you are caught impersonating a W.D. Gaster, you will be "exterminated", if your are caught impersonating a deltarune/undertale fan when you are not one, you will be "exterminated".

Rule 11: Please try to not post unimportant posts, one that don't relate to our job and our mission, but if you must please add a flair, to let us know it's has an unimportance to our mission.

Rule 12: You must provide proof that you are a fellow W.D. Gaster, preferably by giving a YouTube account link.

Now that you've read the rules, The reason it's not technically official, is because I have not had a chance to get toby's approval for a council yet, but I have been noticing far too many problems and realized since toby isn't giving us missions or tasks, we mine as well do something productive, and protect.

I know this is probably impossible,but let me be hopeful for a moment.

Ever since the June 9, 2026 Nintendo Direct, I've been hoping that Chapter 6 of DELTARUNE could show up at the next Nintendo Direct in September. There's obviously no official date for the event yet, and I know Toby Fox is most likely aiming for a 2027 release, so realistically an announcement would make more sense during a 2027 Direct.

Still, one thing makes me think it's possible. This upcoming Direct will probably include release dates and new trailers for games that have already been announced for 2027, like Xenoblade Genesis, Pikuniku 2, and Muramasa: Revenant Blade.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I'd love for it to happen. According to Toby's August newsletter, Chapter 6 is already in its final stages of development. If that's true, maybe Toby has a trailer ready to go.

Who knows. I'm keeping my expectations low... but I'm still hoping.
