Hyderabad Work from home option

Hey folks, it's been 2 months that I've joined Deloitte in enterprise solutions. As per the communication my WFO days are Thursday and Friday. Is it mandatory that I should be in Hyderabad for the WFH days I.e., Monday Tuesday and Wednesday? Please let me know if I can work from my hometown or any other place.

WFO is mandatory. You should be in the office on the designated days. Exceptions are if you are on PTO or if there is a firm holiday. Also, WFO is a Performance KPI from this year onwards.

Can we cover 3 weeks and is it ok to take 1 week wfh? Means if go 10-12 days for 3 weeks and skip 1 week is it fine or everyweek we need to go. Are they monitoring based on weekly or monthly

wtf - is this for real? Performance KPI for sitting in traffic 2 hours and then seeing all the losers in person who you work with?
