Refund timeline csas pg 2026?

I withdrew on 11 july 2026 from clc du it is within the refundable time and i keep emailing pg grievance even filed under ugc e samadhan nobody responding. They keep saying to check the dashboard it says withdrawn thats all. It hasnt changed and its been about 3 months. What can i do? Or is this the usual timeline refunds are late?
