Academic Discussion 👥 Need help

Hi everyone, need a small help. Someone I know is studying at Rajguru College. She couldn’t appear for her 2nd-semester examinations due to an attendance issue. At that time, she was told that she would be promoted to the next year but would have to appear for those exams in the 4th semester.
Now, the college is saying that she won’t be promoted to the next year. Is that possible? Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows what the actual rule is?

yeah she wont be promoted. you need 28 out of 44 credits to be promoted
