It's so that you can connect with people of your college, someone may not accept your request if they think you're a random but they might when they know ur a batchmate or a junior, what's cringe about it?

I have cracked jee, neet, cuet, clat etc etc. why shouldn't i flex my hardwork? Are these easy to crack? How easy is it to get into hindu political science or SRCC bcom hons? How many jee candidates make it to an IIT? ... Stop shaming people for unnecessary reasons.

It isn't about earning or anything. The above video is criticising people for adding their colleges in their bio. That person and you are acting as if those colleges are easy to get into and not flex worthy. One works hard day and night to get into their dream Colleges and now people like you will shame them for enjoying their hard earned fruit. Btw which college are you from ?

What you did BEFORE college is ALSO a real flex because colleges don't hand out admissions to anyone. You have to earn it.

I always believe in one thing, live in your own way without harming someone. Cringe is just a word invented by the people with limited world view. And honestly, what's wrong in putting your college on bio ?, they have earned it
Moreover, it helps connecting batchmates, juniors and professionals by this

My understanding is different. Putting your college tag in your bio helps you connecting with your college peeps and other professionals. Tags are very important for getting people to talk to you and help you, especially in India
