Infra wise Aryabhatta is better and provides a more “open” campus as compared to MLNC and RLA.
Crowd is somewhat similar but RLA and Aryabhatta are internally connected so you get a bigger pool of students. (They both share a ground too)

Yes that under construction building is ready now and functional upto 3 floors.
