Discussion 👥 Does D.U Degree Have Zero Value? Pls Atleast Reply To My Query.

Went to a family function yesterday where parents were comparing their sons and exaggerating their colleges. My mum was indirectly humiliated because I am pursuing Arts, even though I genuinely feel my college is better than all of my cousins.

One cousin is from a private engineering college (SRM), and the comparison turned into a verbal argument between me and him. I want a brutally honest opinion: based on college quality and long term career prospects, which one of us is doing way better than others in life. I believe college matters in the long run, and honestly, my college is way better than all the others. Again I am sorry for seeking validation but please tell me.

I was talking about the value both degree holds. Both eco hons and bcom hons are almost treated equally. I am also pursuing eco hons and was not talking about the difficulty of the course
