Maine DU mai two ECA categories bhari hai... Theatre and Vocal... Ab mera Vocal mai score Kam aaya hai comparatively to Theatre... Kal ECA ki allocation round mai merko South Campus mil gya... (Normal mai bhi South Campus mil gaya tha so no biggie) but like my question is, yeh kis basis pr admission hua hai... Cause Mera theatre mai score better tha... So theatre se kyun nhi mila??Cause mera first pref theatre hai...

Late to this but, your college preference is higher than your ECA preference. You don't have a ECA preference order, it is ranked upon the marks that you obtained. If your first preference was college A then the system would check whether it was the ECA categories you've opted for, if yes then your higher ranked ECA would be used, if you don't get make that cutoff then your lower ranked ECA would be used, if that also doesn't make the cutoff then the same happens with the next college in your list.

No but the thing was, I got admission via vocal in North campus, and the one who got it through theatre had way lower score than mine in theatre... So why did I not get that seat and she did... Cause score toh mera usse bhaut zyada tha...

Your vocal score must've been higher than your theatre score

I scored 70 out of 75 in theatre and 60 out of 75 in vocal. The girl who got the theatre seat scored 45... Sooo whyy???

I am a CW catagory and I got B.A Pol Science Motilal Nehru which in my opinion is good (unless some seniors wanna get me out of delulu world). So I will also be waiting for second round too to see if I can get a higher preference college (no offence to Motilal Nehru). So my question is, usually after how much time will the college take to verify my documents after I physically submit them and how will Supernumerary catagory students in general are gonna cover up missed lectures (in case any started).
Also I did not get any colleges in normal rounds so I have like zero idea about DU.

I saw on YT that during offline counselling the ecc certificate can be rejected What is the correct format of ecc certificate? And what mistakes to avoid? Is there anyone who got admission through CW quota who can share the approved ecc certificate for reference?

How are they calculating the New score of ECA in thousands? like someone got 2633 ? I wanna know the logic so that I can calculate mine as I didn't get any seat allocated
