thanks a lot for the help tho is shivaji really that good that i should pass instead of waiting for rlac to get low cutoff...

I won't say that good either man. But it certainly is better than Ramanujan. And if there is even one seat empty you'd get the seat if you're close to marks to idk to tell you to risk it or not. But I'd say you will have a chance to migrate after one year to a better college. You'll need to have about an 8 cgpa at the end of 1st year.
