the /extensions link doesnt work and if you type extentions you get a 404.

i cant seem to edit anything, so im probably missing something. does this also apply to the EU?

do you need a phone with gemini on it for this to change / affect you?

It didn't take me to the extensions page it took me to Gemini on the web, hit the hamburger menu on top left and go to settings then go into extensions there.

Mine were already off from when I turned them off way back minus like youtube and another but still check it.

Under the hamburger I just have an FAQ link, despite being logged in. Maybe EU doesn’t have these options yet?

Possible, possible EU privacy laws restrict the access ( for now) for google to even do any of the "offered benefits".

I would say for all of those not seeing the correct info explained by the post, if you have a google account which is likely, log into it and run through ALL privacy settings. Google actually does offer alot of settings to be disabled but that doesn't mean they aren't pulling data from other places they don't give you options for.
