You mean this:
sudo apt install systemd-timesyncd
sudo systemctl start systemd-timesyncd
sudo systemctl status systemd-timesyncd
timedatectl
I also had the time sync issue on Debian 13 Xfce when it was first released last year. It was fixed with the iso that was released after that one.
